Where can I get Cinefliq?
On the App Store now, free, for iPhone. Android is on the way: there is no public beta and no waitlist, so when it lands on Google Play this site will say so and link to it.
What do the four swipe directions mean?
Up is Loved. Right is Watched. Down keeps it for later on your Watchlist. Left is Skip, which also stops that title being offered again.
Can I undo a swipe?
Yes. A decision can be undone from the card that follows it, and anything on a shelf can be moved or removed from the shelf itself.
How do I clear a rating?
Tap the star you already gave it, or drag back off the left edge of the star row. Both set it back to unrated.
Why is a film missing?
The deck leads with a curated catalogue so the first cards are titles people have heard of. Search reaches past it to the whole of TMDB, and anything you open from a search is added.
How do I share a list?
Open the list and use its join code, or let someone scan the QR. Anyone with the code can add titles to that list.
My streaming region is wrong.
Region is detected from your connection and can be changed in Settings under Streaming. What you pick there overrides the detection until you change it back.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete your account. It removes the account and everything attached to it, including every swipe and every rating. It cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app, ask us to delete it for you. That page also lists exactly what goes and what stays.
