Cinefliq is built by one person. There is no support desk and no ticket system, just an email address that reaches me directly.
Write about anything: the waitlist, a bug, an idea, or a question about your data.
Removing your details
Email from the address you signed up with and say you want to be removed. No reason needed, no follow up questions. Your entry gets deleted and you will not hear from Cinefliq again.
You can also ask to see exactly what is held about you, or have it corrected. The Privacy Policy sets out what that covers.
Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability, please email the same address with the detail and give me a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public. It will be taken seriously and you will get a reply.
What to expect
This is a side project, not a company, so replies are not instant and I cannot promise a response time. Anything about deleting or accessing your data goes to the front of the queue.
What I cannot help with
Cinefliq does not host, stream or sell films, and has no relationship with any streaming service. Questions about a subscription, a rental or a title you cannot find need to go to the service you are using.
Film information and artwork come from TMDB. Corrections to a film's data are best made on TMDB directly, and they will flow through to Cinefliq.
