One address, read by a real person

Cinefliq is small and independent, so there is one email address, and it comes straight to us.

Removing your details

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account; it happens straight away. Without the app, email us from the address you signed in with. No reason needed. The Delete account page has every step.

You can also ask to see or correct what we hold about you. The Privacy Policy covers it.

Reporting a security issue

Email the same address with the detail, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public. We will reply.

What to expect

We are small, so replies are not instant and we cannot promise a response time. Data requests go first.

What we cannot help with

Cinefliq does not host, stream or sell films, and has no tie to any streaming service. Take subscription, rental or missing title questions to that service.

Film information and artwork come from TMDB. Correct a film's data there and it flows through to Cinefliq.
